
I am a Chartered General Practice Surveyor with eight years of professional experience spanning both client side and agency practice.
For nearly three years I have worked within my client's organisation as a Senior Surveyor within the Estates team, managing a substantial commercial estate spanning over 1,300 agreements. My responsibilities have included delivering rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings and regears, supporting acquisitions and disposals, preparing valuations and overseeing income forecasting. I have been directly involved in protecting and enhancing significant recurring income streams, while ensuring robust governance, documentation and portfolio reporting standards. I have been highly focused and instructed as of late on strategic planning, organisation and portfolio reporting. This allows my client to think and plan ahead and be proactive in their decision making.
I have been responsible for putting in place new document organising structures, trackers, spreadsheets, document management, templates and inbox management. This has ensured accuracy, organisation, time savings and effective management.
Earlier in my career, I worked in agency advising external clients. This provided valuable exposure to open market negotiations, landlord and tenant advisory work and transactional delivery. As a result, I understand the pressures and priorities of both asset owners and professional advisers.
I am a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having achieved chartered status in 2024.
I hold a RICS accredited Masters degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster, where I graduated with distinction. I also hold a First Class Honours Bachelors degree in Business and Management from the University of Reading.
My academic background, combined with my professional experience within the property sector, has provided me with a strong foundation in both real estate and business. This supports the organised, analytical and professional approach that I bring to my work.
After eight years operating within structured corporate environments, I am now establishing a virtual consultancy in my free time with the additional offering of property specialised experience.
The decision is driven by a desire for greater flexibility and the opportunity to apply my expertise in a more focused and agile way. Many property owners and asset managers require experienced support but do not necessarily need a full time senior surveyor. I provide that capability on a flexible, project led or retained basis.
My service is structured, process driven and commercially focused. I work methodically, prioritising accuracy, documentation and disciplined execution. My aim is simple: to support property owners in protecting income, managing risk and maintaining strong portfolio performance without unnecessary overhead. I understand that there are not enough hours in the day to stay on top of reporting, planning, documentation management, templates and inboxes and i aim to provide services around these areas, that i know client’s can struggle with.
